Anwar Hussain

Surveyor

Anwar graduated from Sheffield Hallam University with a BSc (Hons) degree in Urban Land Valuation. Following the successful completion of his degree he joined Innes England in Derby and worked within the Property Management department. During this time Anwar completed his APC and qualified as a chartered surveyor.

Anwar subsequently joined King Sturge and GVA Grimley in Birmingham and worked in their respective Asset Management departments where his responsibilities included Asset Managing client portfolios with a strong emphasis on increasing portfolio values, preparing service charge budgets, dealing with landlords and tenant issues as well as other property related matters.

At Salloway Anwar deals with all property matters. His extensive estate management experience allows him to provide well considered advice on Landlord and Tenant issues, including rent reviews and lease renewals, sales and lettings, valuations and all aspects of commercial property.

Outside of the office Anwar is a very keen golfer and enjoys outdoor pursuits when he can find the time!
